AI & Career Development: The Future of Work and Practice Integration

Join us for our final live webinar of the year as we explore how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the world of work and the practice of career development in Canada.
In this session, we will examine which fields and occupations are forecasted to be most affected by AI, supported by projections and statistics, and discuss how to best prepare clients for these changes. We will also introduce a practical framework for incorporating AI responsibly into government-funded and subsidized employment programs, including identifying areas that are AI-Open Use, AI-Integrated, and AI-Use With Disclosure.
Participants will be able to:
- Recognize labour market trends and sectors most impacted by AI.
- Apply insights to prepare clients for AI-driven workplace changes.
- Use a structured framework to identify where and how AI can be ethically integrated into employment services.
- Strengthen confidence in navigating AI use within the guidelines of government-funded programs.
The webinar will be recorded on Zoom and shared with all registrants, with replay access available for 3 days until Monday.
